Associated People:

The individuals ASSOCIATED with the CLANA FOUNDATION (people or companies) voluntarily and supportively contribute to the organization’s mission. An associate participates in specific and concrete processes that demonstrate and make visible their support for the foundation. They do not have civil responsibilities, as their participation is limited to supporting the foundation’s mission and taking part in activities/workshops/meetings, which they can attend as a form of appreciation for their contributions.

Associated individuals freely and voluntarily choose to provide financial, physical, or service support to the CLANA FOUNDATION.

Volunteering:

Within the volunteering opportunities offered by the CLANA FOUNDATION, there are: temporary volunteering and resident volunteering: ​
  • Temporary Volunteering:It offers the opportunity to contribute to the mission of the CLANA FOUNDATION through specific activities and projects.
  • Resident Volunteering: It is a residential service and learning experience (at the Foundation’s headquarters) involving active participation in the community and therapeutic programs of the CLANA FOUNDATION.

Crowdfunding:

Individuals ASSOCIATED with the CLANA FOUNDATION (people or companies) voluntarily and supportively contribute to the organization’s mission. An associate participates in specific and concrete processes that demonstrate and make their support for the foundation visible. They have no civil responsibilities, as their involvement is limited to supporting the foundation’s mission and participating in activities/workshops/meetings, which they can attend as a form of appreciation for their contributions.

Concretamente, tu aporte apoyará las siguientes actividades:
  • Participatory Permaculture Workshops (community installation of biofilters, dry toilets, spiral gardens, water collection systems, biotechnologies, among others).
  • Experiential Workshops on participatory structuring of integral life development plans.
  • Agroecology Workshop Series.
  • Creek, beach, and ravine cleanups in Laguna Verde.
  • Informative signage on waste reuse to promote environmental care in public spaces.
  • Experiential Ecopsychology Retreats.
  • Community work parties for the creation and improvement of family gardens.
  • Day of food, experience, and seed exchange.
  • Sharing quinoa seeds to recover the ancestral agricultural identity of this food in Laguna Verde.
  • Gathering of Seniors from Laguna Verde with Families, Children, and Youth.
  • Construction of a community kitchen.
  • Campaña de reforestación con especies nativas en Laguna Verde.

In addition to supporting the specific activities of the program, with your contribution you will receive ancestral quinoa and amaranth seeds to start a garden in your own home, as well as newsletters with program updates and useful information to help you advance toward your own regenerative living.

Additionally, you will have the opportunity to participate in the CLANA FOUNDATION’s volunteering program, to learn about the project in detail and take an active role in the program’s activities.
